Ongoing support, monitoring, and maintenance
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
3. Payment Terms
Project Pricing:
Custom SaaS Platform Development: $10,000 – $100,000+
GoHighLevel SaaS Setup & Branding: $5,000 – $25,000+
Automation & Workflow Design: $2,000 – $10,000+
Payment Schedule for Setup Projects:
50% Down Payment – Required to begin the project
25% Milestone Payment – At 50% project completion
25% Final Payment – Upon project completion
Monthly Support Packages:
Basic Support & Maintenance: $700 – $1,500/month
Standard Support & Updates: $1,500 – $3,000/month
Premium Support & Development: $3,000 – $7,500/month
Enterprise Support & Scaling: $7,500+/month
Payment Methods & Fees:
Stripe: Credit/Debit Cards – Additional 2.9% + $0.03 per transaction
All prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. No Refund Policy
SaaSSolutions.pro provides service-based solutions. Once a service has been delivered according to the client’s requirements, refunds are not provided. For questions or concerns, please contact us before initiating a purchase.
5. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree that:
You will provide accurate and complete information for project setup.
You will comply with applicable laws and regulations.
You will not misuse, resell, or exploit our services for unauthorized purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your SaaS account and credentials.
Failure to adhere may result in termination of services without notice.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, branding, code, workflows, and service methodologies developed by BuzGrowth Web LLC remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
You may not copy, distribute, or replicate proprietary workflows, automation strategies, or integrations without prior permission.
7. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
Our services may include integrations with SaaS platforms, Stripe, PayPal, Zapier, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other third-party tools.
We are not responsible for the performance, security, or policies of third-party providers. Any issues must be addressed with the respective provider.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We do not guarantee specific results from SaaS or GoHighLevel implementations.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the respective service.
9. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We handle all user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Confidential information will not be shared, sold, or misused.
By using our services, you allow us to reference your project as a portfolio item unless requested otherwise.
10. Termination of Services
We may terminate or suspend services if:
A client violates these Terms and Conditions.
Non-payment or fraudulent activity occurs.
Continued service is deemed infeasible.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA.
Disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, arbitration will be conducted in New Mexico.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
